Sargam did her high school education from Presentation Convent School, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu city. Sargam Kaushal, 32, is a resident of Jammu and Kashmir. She left teaching and chose modeling and after that she became famous in the world. Graduated from Women's College Gandhi Nagar, did her Masters from University of Jammu. Sargam has also worked as a teacher in Visakhapatnam. सरगम ने जम्मू शहर के प्रेजेंटेशन कॉन्वेंट स्कूल गांधी नगर से हाई स्कूल से शिक्षा ग्रहण की है। 32 साल की सरगम कौशल जम्मू-कश्मीर की रहने वाली हैं। उन्होंने शिक्षण छोड़ मॉडलिंग चुनी और उसके बाद दुनिया में छा गईं। स्नातक महिला कॉलेज गांधी नगर, परास्नातक की पढ़ाई जम्मू विश्वविद्यालय से की है। सरगम विशाखापट्टनम में बतौर टीचर भी काम कर चुकी हैं।

Sargam's father's name is GS Kaushal and mother Meena Kaushal. Sargam is married to Aditya Manohar Sharma, Lieutenant Commander in the Indian Navy. Sharing her experiences, she said that till becoming Miss India World, her husband had a big contribution. Earlier, Sargam had won the title of Mrs India World 2022 held in Mumbai. Sargam had come to Jammu after winning the title of Mrs. India World 2022. सरगम के पिता का नाम जीएस कौशल और माता मीना कौशल हैं। सरगम का विवाह भारतीय नौसेना में लेफ्टिनेंट कमांडर आदित्य मनोहर शर्मा से हुआ है। अनुभवों को सांझा करते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि मिस इंडिया वर्ल्ड बनने तक पति का बड़ा योगदान रहा है। इससे पहले सरगम ने मुंबई में आयोजित मिसेज इंडिया वर्ल्ड 2022 का खिताब जीता था। मिसेज इंडिया वर्ल्ड 2022 का खिताब जीतने के बाद सरगम जम्मू आई थीं।

Mrs World 2022 का खिताब जीतने वाली सरगम कौशल के बाहु फोर्ट स्थित घर पर भाजपा नेता राजीव चाढ़क, अनुराधा चाढ़क सहित क्षेत्र के प्रबुद्ध नागरिक पहुंचे और परिजनों को सम्मानित किया। राजीव चाढ़क ने कहा कि कड़े परिश्रम एवं लग्न से सरगम ने देश का नाम विश्व पटल पर स्थापित किया है। यह हमारे लिए गर्व का विषय है कि सरगम बाहु फोर्ट जम्मू की बेटी है
